About Us

Orange Tulip Co. Ltd. (株式会社オレンジチューリップ) was founded in 2022 as a collaboration between partners from Indonesia and Japan.

Throughout our hospitality business, we aim to give a thoughtful and thorough service with an emphasis of Japanese omotenashi. We believe the three values of omotenashi: empathy, anticipation, and authenticity are a well-developed concept in order to best serve our customers. It is a culture that must be well-preserved and we strive to work hard and with care in order to achieve that.

Tulip, through hanakotoba (lit. the language of flowers in Japan), means charity and trust, while orange is a colour of positivity, creativity, and warmth. Combining the two, we strive to give a positive and warm hospitality that is based on trust to customers.
